How Points Work

As thanks for your participation in and for being a valued partner with us, you will be awarded points within these program rules.

To be eligible for the program ("Program"), you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Be 18 years and older.
2. Have a unique email address.
3. Be a United States resident.

People meeting foregoing requirements are "Eligible Members".

The following people are not eligible to participate in the Program:

1. Non-US residents

To enroll in the Program, a Participant needs a valid and unique email address and agrees to either register or be auto-enrolled to track participation online. After enrollment, the Participant will receive his/her username and password by email. The username and password will be used to gain access to the Program account and points balance in the future.

An "Enrollee" is defined as any Participant who enrolls in the Program.

Enrollees can earn varying levels of points as shown on the Points Chart (Exhibit 1) attached to and made a part of these Rules.

Except as otherwise provided in these rules, there will be no retroactive points earned.

Points are non-transferable and void if transferred.

In the event suspects any Enrollee or any other party of fraud or abuse related to the Program or accrual of points or suspects any Enrollee of misusing the Program, , in its sole and absolute discretion, may terminate the account and cause the Enrollee to forfeit all points in his/her account.

To redeem earned points, an Enrollee must log into his/her account through the Program website and go to the reward section. Follow instructions on the website.

Program points do not have any cash value. No cash will be refunded at the expiration of the Program.

The Program will be managed online. In order to participate in the Program, check point balances or redeem for rewards, the Enrollee must register or be auto-enrolled.

Customer service issues pertaining to the Program will be addressed via emails sent to .

The Program, at its sole discretion, reserves the right at any time to change the Program's Rules, terms, conditions and limitations, or to cancel the Program entirely without prior notification.

Disclaimer of Warranties. All merchandise redeemed for points are accepted in "AS IS" condition and provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Release and Waiver. In consideration of participating in the Program, I hereby forever release and discharge , and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, injuries, liabilities, losses, negligence, product liability, damages and costs including, but not limited to, all matters relating to the Program and the receipt, quality, condition, operation and use hereafter of all merchandise and services redeemed pursuant to the Program.

Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances shall be liable to any Enrollee for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Program or any merchandise or services redeemed pursuant to the Program.

Choice of Law. The Program is governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding its conflict of law rules and any claim or action relating to the Program shall be filed in state or federal courts located in the state of Arizona.

Severability. If any provision of these Program Rules is held to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to any provision of law, all other provisions of the Rules shall nevertheless remain binding and effective and not subject to termination or rescission.
